Ts. Azhar Bin Ahamat
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ts. Azhar Bin Ahamat is a highly accomplished Chartered Engineer and professional technologist with over 18 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning oil and gas, technical training, education, and manufacturing sectors. Ts. Azhar brings deep expertise in engineering leadership, project execution, business development, and competency-based training solutions.
He has demonstrated expertise in hands-on training, development, and business development, managing global projects with budgets ranging from RM 3 million to RM 20 million. His passion lies in effective people management, believing that the success of an organization is directly tied to the morale of its employees.
Graduated with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Manufacturing Systems from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BEng) (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Ts. Azhar is the Founder and CEO of Cosmo Skills Sdn Bhd where he leads strategic initiatives to deliver industry-relevant training and engineering consultancy services.
Hj. Mohd Zaki Bin Hassan
Director of Operations
Hj. Mohd Zaki Bin Hassan is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with over three decades of progressive experience in the manufacturing and technical industries. With a strong academic foundation in mechanical engineering and a career spanning leadership roles in engineering, quality assurance, and operations, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, product quality, and team development.
He began his career as an Assistant Engineer at N.S Semiconductor, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in semiconductor processes. He then advanced to Production Manager at Panasonic, overseeing manufacturing operations and driving productivity improvements over a 12-year tenure.
Transitioning into quality assurance, he served as a QA Engineer at Hitachi Maxwell and Olympic Cable, where he was responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and enhancing quality control systems. In 2023, Hj. Mohd Zaki was appointed Director of Operations at Cosmo Skills Sdn Bhd, where he currently leads operational strategy, process optimization, and organizational growth initiatives.
